Are there difference in size and offset between Rubicon and Willys wheels?

I have 2022 JLR with the regular Rubicon wheels and factory K02s. I like the all black look of the JL Willys wheels. I am considering buying a set of take-off JL Willys wheels. Any issues changing over my K02s on to the black Willys wheels?

I saw that on another thread. They look good but I worry a little about durability? Snow, ice, salt, brake dust, wet, and heat. I also wonder how the seams look in person? The price is right though.

I am giving the vinyl some thought for sure.

Tires have zero connection to wheel offset.

That's the info I found on the WheelSize.com website. I agree that you can put the larger tire on the same wheel with the same offset but I have no idea why Jeep published that info specific to that particular tire size. The info does not differentiate between models, only tire sizes.
