As part of that thread, it has been suggested to have the dealer check the welds during PDI. I know that I will be insisting that my new vehicle be put up on a hoist and inspected!

Here's my latest update on my order. From "Contact Jeep Chat" It's been in this phase (built and ready for inspection) for 6 days-- why so long? Are they x-raying the frame welds?!

I have found a status under your vehicle at this time your status is as following: Your vehicle has completed the build process and is pending quality inspections to ensure that standards are met prior to releasing the vehicle. Anyone know average inspection turn-around time?

Frame date is when the chassis (frame) of your vehicle starts on the assembly line. Status code E. Precedes F, G, I, J, JB, etc.According to drillionaire (a reprocess manager at Jeep plant in Toledo) on Reddit, I'm finally in D1
He's talking about a "frame date" (which I guess is a completion date?) for next week. Hopefully this will be confirmed soon with the tracking spreadsheet

You could probably order everything you want. In the early stages of this color there were all kinds of delays. Shortage of paint, shortage of soft tops. But from what I’m reading they are all caught up. Production is moving pretty good. Once that jeep is framed and painted, it’s only a matter of a week before it’s totally built. I say, go for it. Then again I ordered a fully loaded Rubicon February 13. It’s built, but not shipped. LOL Yours will definitely move faster

Just got off the phone with a dealer who said with the leather seat delay that it would be 2 month order. He was not aware of the LED constraints. Based on other input on this forum I was expecting 6-8 weeks anyways so I don't know if that's really a delay?

Not really any delays except for the rail cars that I see reading everything for any hint that mine will soon be built.
Just a back log of orders to build. I think now that the JK's are done, we will see them rolling out.
Still, I highly recommend not selling the LJ until the JL gets in, and then maybe not after that.

I ordered my JLUR on 3-27. I was told at the time that there was a Leather restriction. I got my VON but nothing else since.

I ordered Fed 26th. Still not in KZ (shipping). Shipping alone normally takes a few weeks to reach dealer. I hope to be around 11-13 weeks. (Assuming I get it on a train in next few days.
Mine is fully loaded with all options except smokers group, leather, or color matched top.
