Anyone out there running without A/C? Have it but never use it? I'm ordering soon and wondering if the $1300 is going to be a waste. If it's hot, I'm going to have the top off/down. Give me some scenarios where A/C is a must. Thanks!

Didn't even know you could get a Wrangler without AC. I wouldn't be without it but my Wrangler is simply my daily. No mods, no removing doors, top, etc. It gets hot as heck in summer & I wouldn't be without AC.

This is Maui, every day I drive it.
Get the A/C, it's very hard and very expensive to back fit. I sold my TJ because it didn't have it and I looked into adding it, big job and due to the 4cyl. likely would have struggled.

Envious of your bike. I had a 1972 Kawasaki Mach III when I was 17, and lived to tell about it. The CB750 is much more civilized.

Whenever you have a woman in the vehicle who doesn't like being a hot, sweaty mess.

Yep, I'm going for a 2-door Willys Sport. No A/C or power windows/locks. It won't be my daily.

Almost every day.

Plus, down the road, you'll have a really hard time selling it without A/C. In fact, I suspect that you'll take more than a $1,300 hit come sales time.
Yeah, It'll be a toy that I don't plan on selling... but I know that's not a way to think. Good point.
