Creative uses for backup sensor holes?

I'm getting ready to install a rear bumper that has accommodation for four round doodads I don't have.

I can't be the only one without the four round doodads. I figure somebody has thought of a better use for these holes than just shoving plugs in there. I was thinking maybe LED lights wired to the reverse lights or something. I'm open to cooler suggestions.

got these for my side markers when I got my high fender kit, probably fit in those sensor holes too.
They fit well in 3/4" holes, not sure about the ID of those sensor holes though.
