So after sitting in KZ status for over 5 weeks with no ETA, I finally got an amazing reply from Jeep! THEY LOST MY KEYS! I'm so annoyed that i'm laughing out loud.

It is not Jeep's fault.. the keys are so small.:headbang:

How does that even happen? The factory can't just take two new keys out of inventory and flash them to your rig?

Jimmy: do check that there's an engine under the hood too before leaving/trying to leave the dealer.

It's comical. What's further insult to injury in making you wait so long but getting things wrong despite the time they took (to get it right)?

For those in Marion, OH, it looks like Jeep may be trucking quite a few of the Jeeps with no tracking information. My dealer emailed me last night and said my Jeep arrived while Jeep chat and MOTS show no movement. Heading to pick it up this morning!

I ended up going to my dealer last night and looking at their inventory on the lot. Almost left with a black Sahara (I ordered Granite), but it had tan seats and I wasn't about it. Figured for the money I'm spending I don't want to compromise. They're calling a dealer in north Jersey today to see if they can do a dealer swap, but they said not to hold my breath.

I guess I appreciate that they are trying to work with me, but still just so aggravating.

My Jeep had hit my dealers website on March 15 3 days after reaching KZ but was then deleted when it reached Marion Storage Yd. My dealer has an ETA of 4.6 to 4.11 but the tracking does not reflect this ... where to they get that estimate from?
