I got mine installed last weekend, was missing some hardware (washers and bolts) and took most of the day to install. The instructions aren't clear and the video didn't help much.
Yep, I ended up with some extra parts and had to install it twice after I figured out what the spacer bracket was for, but has held up well including having nearly the full weight of the car on it (don't try that on purpose). I managed to get the skid plate anchored to the frame part that sticks down, and did have to drill one hole in that plate to get all of the bolts in. The Rough Country 10" LED light bar I put in fits well too, after some slight drilling and sanding on the side tabs.
We had to install ours twice too. Lol
I haven't ordered anything from them, since I asked them a question about a wheel/tire combo and they never replied. So, I called Quadratec instead (whom frankly couldn't help me as much as these forums) and spent $3000 there - all mounted with TPMS sensors right to my door.
