Thanks for posting...... looks like I have to make a trip to HF. I’m also thankful that these are to short to use on my rig now that I’m on a 3.5” lift and 37s. Haven’t used them in about 6 months........

Thanks for posting- just purchased two 6 ton stands a couple months ago (fortunately, they're #56369, so hopefully they're okay).

Honestly surprised this doesn't happen with greater frequency. Always found the cast pieces of jack stands to be questionable.

If you need to catch the frame rails of lifted rigs pipe stands are a great option.

However, at 20" minimum height they're a bit too tall for axle tubes and most floor jacks unless you have an AC Hydraulics DK20HLQ

Couldn't have put it better myself. I am conviced they make this crap to purposfully mess with our heads, to make our lives a bit more miserable. They are smart people. They could make good stuff if they wanted to.

I have these jack stands as well. I need to track down some US made stands. Maybe Milwaukee hydraulic?
