YouTube issues today?

Anyone in the greater Phoenix area having issues with YouTube today? For me it's super slow and downgrading playback to 720p.

I thought it was hardware issues on my end!
This is a relief. I had to update my graphics drivers for other wonky issues and I figured it would fix YouTube but nope...
