So I put full 2022 Rubi suspension on my '23 Sport. I'm not having any issues but a friend brought up that I may have voided some of all of my warranty. We swapped springs, LCU, etc.

If it was not put on by the dealer... it will not be covered. Anything they can blame happening on the parts "they" did not instal will not be covered by warranty.

Try not to overthink it or over-worry about it. I have never heard of coil springs going bad during the 1st 36K miles. If the shocks do, it will be a good excuse to buy better aftermarket ones anyway. As far as these parts impacting other things under warranty and causing them to fail...I would think that the probability is slim to none. The happiest days for me are the 36,001 and 60,001 mile marks so that I don't have to stress about warranty items anymore. Do what you like as far as mods and keep up on maintenance to increase longevity of parts. When something wears out or breaks, look at it an opportunity to upgrade and learn something new if it is something you haven't put a wrench on before.

I’ve taken my Jeep in for the three dealer oil change / tire rotation services (yes, they did them right), and they didn’t seem to care. On my second oil change, the service advisor did ask me about it, saying my Jeep looked like it sits a little high for a sport. I told him what I had done, and he actually thought it was a good idea, and laughed about it as he handed me the receipt. “Nice Jeep,” he said. So take that FWIW. ?‍♂

Anything you damaged while doing the work won't be warranted. e.g. if you nicked an ABS sensor wire.

I put the lift on about 300 miles. 4,400 now with no issues. That's not a concern. Didn't do it myself , took it to a shop I've been using for the last 20 years.
If I were keeping the Jeep this lift would not concern me. I don't believe this potential buyer has anything to worry about either. But I will let him know about the suspension not being covered by warranty anymore and that I have the old parts if he would rather if you sit back to stock and keep the warranty.
Or he can walk away.

As funny as that is, it's probably pretty true too. That might actually work.
My 2010 JK was "Surf Blue" so to combine the name Surf Blue paint with the name Papa Smurf, my kids named the Jeep, "Papa Surf." I had the awesome folks at pixeldecals make a "Papa Surf" hood decal in the JK Rubicon font. A year or so later I was at the dealership and one of the service people told me, "Wow! It has been a few years since I have seen one of these Papa Surf edition Jeeps." At first I thought he was joking but then soon realized he had no idea what he was talking about.
