Worth the wait!

That BMW 2 liter has 241 hp and 258 torque, quite a bit less then 268/295 that the Jeep will have. The Jeep weights 800-1000 lbs more. So as fast as a BMW, no. But still should be peppy like the Cherokee that I test drove.

BMW is very close in weight to a JLU. More like 200-300 lbs difference

I was thinking of the 2 series which is I believe 3400-3500 pounds. But yeah they do put that same motor in the 5 series so maybe the jeep will beat a BMW! Especially a jeep with a tune running against a stock BMW five series! Oh hell yeah!

That BMW engine is underrated. Not sure whether that is the case with the FCA turbo 4.

Was just about to post this. Bmw notoriously underrates. Id guess the fca engine is overrated.
