This video will give you a quick overview how I installed it, then a step by step how to do the actual installation.
I installed the camera on the dash to a ball mount. I did not want it in the stock mirror location. Both ways are easy to do though. I like not having the stock rear view mirror taking up part of the windshield that I look through normally. Plus the camera is not in the way or hinder the use of the sun visors.
