Went with 35% all around just because that’s the law in Virginia. I told them not to do the front windshield but they did it anyway… not sure if I want to leave it or not. It’s 3M carbon tint with a lifetime warranty on bubbles. $260

That is a good looking Jeep. Do you remember how wide the strip on the windshield is? i am wanting to add that to mine.

Looks awesome! Is that ceramic? On the fence on ceramic or not..cant decide on to do windshield or not..Good job!

For anyone that has the tint strip across the top of the windshield, would you be so kind as to snap a pic of the windshield from the front seat looking out? I'm curious what it would look like. I had it done on another vehicle, but with the smaller Wrangler windshield shape and angle, I'm not sure if I would like it or not.

Tint all around. legal in front and darker in back. I think it is 5%. had the brow done too but t forgot to take pic of it. We also had the Willys redone with a red stripe outline. Turned out great. Tint makes a huge difference with the overall look.

did you do the vinyl around the outer windows yourself or have it done, and if you had it done, who does that type of work. Regardless, your jeep is badass. Love the look.

Depending on how totalitarian your state and road pirates are - to each his/her own.

No p00p's given here in IN with my 15+ years of 5% tint.
Front doors 5%
Passengers and rear covered with whatever my tint guy recommend to make it match the front 5%
No tint on the windshield (currently debating a sun strip)
Everyone's eyes are different so visibly will range depending on the Hue-mon in all lighting or lack there of conditions.
Personally I would advocate for all cars to have 5%. No one needs to be looking into anyones biz, and it helps block thoes behind you that drive with high beams, super bulbs and such.
