Glad to see you are using the winch. Here's a friendly piece of advice , always bring the control cord over the hood and loop it around the mirror mount then pull the slack inside so it can be used while driving the vehicle. Running over the cord makes for a miserable day.......BTDT!

Also... lack of use is a winch’s enemy so if it hasn’t been used run the line out and re-tension it, say every 4 to 6 weeks.
