For the JK guys JKS p/n 9500 is a cable disconnect conversion around $250 vs. $2200 list for the assembly from Mopar. I don't think they have JL support yet due to Covid. Give them time!
If it's on corners only it's spider gears which aren't serviceable on RUBICON. RUBICON"s don't have clutches. You'll get a new diff assembly or possibly a complete axle assembly. I'd push hard for the complete assy. as new as it is. 45+ years doing rearends....Happy hunting!
If you sell your leased vehicle at the end of term you'll do better than turn in. Think of it as cashing in your equity. Have done this several times and never lost money.
I'm late to this party. I get it the other way. You've got scratches on that pretty Rubicon! they say. My response is I don't ride a dirt bike to the mall ! Do what you want and give the rest 20% of the Jeep Wave.:surprised:

I'm running a Rugged Ridge hinge w/Teraflex adjustable carrier. It supports Dick Cepek Extreme Country 37x12.50r17 on Weld Ledge 17 x 9 beadlock @ 4.5 b/s very nicely. The tire assembly can be adjusted to pinch the tailgate hinge ....No rattles! Teraflex mount is in the top holes for departure...

I bought Yeti 42 Qt. in 2015, at the time they were the only game. First trip to Moab I put in a 5 lb. block and touched it up with cube ice for drinks a couple times. Went 8 days and still had about a 1 Qt. piece in the bottom. Only opened twice maybe 3 times a day....that is the key! Are they...
With those patterns and .007 backlash with no noise button 'em up! Your gear guy is better than you are giving credit. As far as the trash the only way to know is complete disassembly.
So you ran this 250 miles on new gears in 4 hi? Doink! there's part of the problem. New gears run in is 25-30 miles light load. Stop to cool completely. Do this 3-4 times. No sustained high speeds or towing for 500 miles. Change oil and drive like ya stole it! Kind of a brief synopsis from most...
