Winch Help

I have a problem. I just installed my winch, but I had am amp installed prior. Now that the winch is installed it pull the load? Is this a connection issue or battery overuse issue? Please help

Maybe if you actually wrote an intelligent posting you would get more help. Start with what you did first, second, and third. And also, what the results of each step were, and what you perceive as your current issue.

Please clarify your scenario. For example. Engine on or off. Winch actually in use pulling or not, Engine running and you are winching with the amplifier also drawing power etc.

Post some pics of your wiring.

Ideally the winch should only be in use with the engine running or your battery will be drawn down very quickly. If you are actively winching and running your stereo with the engine off that’s going to deplete the battery very very quickly.

That’s it I am all out of guesses.

Damn I meant It won't pull 10k Lbs as advertised. By amp, I meant amplifier for a speaker. I attached a pic maybe that will help.

I am assuming that the winch lost (was not winning) if it could not pull a cooler. I'll also assume it was whining a lot too.
