Why doesn't the 392 have certain things?

The JPP 392 had the sweet red leather, we can't order it oddly. We can't also get it with Nacho, what's up with this?

FCA must be anticipating low take rate for the red leather. When you add to that a small number of 392s, you get the intersection of the two in the single digits.

Nacho is likely a similar reason.

Either that or Jeep found out that the Nacho paint turns into Velveeta at 100 MPH...
