Who Makes This Programmer

Hello all. I bought a new to me JL two door Rubicon. I ordered the Tazer programmer to change a few functions in my Jeep. When I went under the dash, I found this programmer installed. It only has this engraving on it. Does anyone know who made this programmer?

Is that item plugged into the 2 cables that were disconnected from the actual security gateway?

Bad picture but what's pictured, I believe is not actually the/a programmer but rather the dedicated security gateway module that is part of the Speed Turtle, Easy Flash 2.0 Chrysler bundle that Speed Turtle sells.

Is the EFM 2.0 flasher plugged into the OBDll port or maybe stored in the glove box?

OK, Thanks. It plugs into the two cables that are tucked up under the dash. Not the OBD port. Have no use for it. SO, I'll chunk it into file 13.

NO.... do not chuck it....!!!! .......... that dedicated security gateway bypass module. That sucker alone is worth $65+ new and easy sold to a fellow JL/JT owner. List it on forum classifieds here, for say $40 plus shipping and it will sell fast.

It will work for JSCAN, etc ...
