If you have at least a rear 44 go V8, if not go axles or V8 and don’t gouge on it until you do.Just seeing what everyone would say. Go big tires/axles or big engine first?
I'm confused by your question.Just seeing what everyone would say. Go big tires/axles or big engine first?
I doubt this is a serious question.I'm confused by your question.
Are you trying to engine swap a 392? Why not just trade in for a new Jeep then and get the 392 without all of the potential issues you could have with an engine swap? You get a new warranty that way, in the 392s come with a lot of upgraded heavier duty parts than smaller engines.
Sounds to me like you're not hurting for cash if you're willing to do either of these, so why not just get a whole new vehicle and then upgrade the axles later?
Also which engine is currently in your Jeep that your contemplating a 392 swap?
Seeing as to I have no interest in a 392, Dana 60 it is!Just seeing what everyone would say. Go big tires/axles or big engine first?
Thanks I have a ‘24XR. It was instead of trading for a 392, get the big axles first and then engine swap later down the road. I would send it to AMW.I'm confused by your question.

Sorry if it wasn’t serious enough for you. Just kicking around ideas.I doubt this is a serious question.
Yeah I had a eco gladiator, I should have bought the eco JL. Live and learn.Seeing as to I have no interest in a 392, Dana 60 it is!
EcoDiesel has more than enough power for all of my needs, still gets good mileage, and actually has a higher top speed than a factory 392 with my tune.
Shoulda Bought An EcoDiesel!!!
depends on tires but if you are going to above 37's go with the bigger front axle and deeper gearing first...rear should be fine for most circumstances unless you are going to 40's or bigger...gear appropriately....tire size would be my determining factor...Thanks I have a ‘24XR. I have a Moab on order.

Yeah only reason to do it is going to 40s.depends on tires but if you are going to above 37's go with the bigger front axle and deeper gearing first...rear should be fine for most circumstances unless you are going to 40's or bigger...gear appropriately....tire size would be my determining factor...
