Got the Magnaflow (made in SoCal) on order for the 2.0L #19438 Stainless Catback which is a free-flow design including a resonator and dual-exit muffler, which others I know are happy with. Fairly quiet for street use. Similar to the Magnaflow axle-back versions but comes with the said resonator tuned for the engine and extra pipe for JLU (which I won't use in my JL). Looks to be a great design to me. I'm familiar with Magnaflow already since I had installed their X-pipe 2.5" stainless dual exhaust into my '67 Mustang Fastback which is decently low in decibels and low in rumble to make 92dB sound checks at the track. The free-flow design should increase power in the Jeep just as it does in the car, and sound great, too.

I went with the magnaflow 19388 catback and couldnt be happier. I've had it on since Jan. It has the low sound increase under acceleration without any drone and also cleans up the look in the rear as well. Heres a before and after.

This is what we would recommend for anyone looking for great sound and moderate, streetable volume! :like:

I have the borla climber s type and am definitely happy with it. High clearance and not as loud as the Atak, but still a big difference in sound.

I installed the MagnaFlow axle back muffler and love it. Sounds great and looks even better. Unfortunately, my wife has a hearing issue and the sound she hears from the exhaust drives her nuts. I don’t get it, but you know the deal, happy wife, happy life. If you live in the Jacksonville, FL area, I will gladly give you the MagnaFlow in exchange for your stock axle back. You just pay for the swap. The best deal I have seen lately for the MagnaFlow is just below $600. Send me a PM if you are interested.
