Which coolant and power steering fluid?

Need to top off on my 2021 JLURD. Which coolant is acceptable per Mopar specs? Will any Orange work. Also I guess use electric pow steering fluid? Thanks in advance.

Top off with Mopar about $30 for a quart. I see most replacement with Pentosin for $5 a quart cheaper.

I’ve been trying to figure this out as well for the coolant. I’ll probably cave and buy a couple jugs at the dealer.
