Just finished an ARB compressor, and front locker installation. Wired the compressor relay to AUX Switch #3 (15A), and the locker solenoid to AUX Switch #4 (15A).
Success! Compressor works, and solenoid works.
The AUX Switches are configured the way I need them, but my problem is I can't find the AUX SW configuration screen anywhere on the 8.4" screen!
I remember seeing it when I first bought the Jeep, but I'll be darned if I can find the screen now....

Help?

On the main app page, choose the Settings app. Then I think you scroll down a little ways (Swipe upward on the screen) and you'll see Aux Buttons, tap on that and it'll open the aux buttons settings.

Just did that, and been everywhere else, it's like it's gone..... ?

Weird. Let me go out to my car real quick and make sure I got that right.

While I'm doing that, are you using anything like Tazer or Jscan with your Jeep? Maybe something happened with one of those two things that deactivated the aux switches.

I've used Jscan to modify my gear ratio, and tire size. I've also got a Tazer Mini installed, but it's not doing anything currently... weird (hey thanks for checking! ?)

Yeah I just double checked, definitely in the settings app, on mine it was listed on the second page down in the settings menu.

Mine were installed aftermarket and activated in the infotainment via Tazer, but I don't think that matters.

Use your Tazer (or Jscan) to check if the aux switches are activated

Like I said, switches work... just no menu.

Did you disconnect the battery(s), sometimes takes a while for Uconnect to repopulate.

Ahhhhh!!!
This may be it!
Had the battery disconnected for a couple days while wiring the compressor. And only just reconnected it before this anomaly....

News @ 11!
Thanks! (Hopefully ?)

Last time I replaced the battery in my Ram, it was the next morning before everything was back, so it may take some time.

Makes total sense! Hadn't even considered that.
Power gets restored, Uconnect has to think on it a bit, it gets overwhelmed, has to take time out for a beer..... I get it! ?

Funny thing, this exact thing just happened to ME yesterday! Thankfully I remembered this thread.

I had been using Tazer to activate my aux switches, but decided to use Jscan to program them in permanently so I don't lose them if I take the Tazer out. So I did that, and had the exact same symptoms as you - aux switches still worked, but settings nowhere to be found.

So I remembered this thread and decided to just give it a couple hours to repopulate itself, and bam, aux switch settings reappeared!

It's funny when you come to a thread to try to help someone solve a problem, and then end up learning something yourself instead :)
