It is time for a new set of wheels and tires. Looking at 18X8 +30mm offset with some 275/70.
This combo will push my tires a extra 15mm outward.
From my eye balling this will put the thread probably right on the fender line, is my math good or I will overshoot ?
Picture of the same setup on narrow axle are welcome :)

Just a couple thoughts
  • it’s my understanding that 17” wheels will open up plenty more tire options for you than 18”.
  • rubi takeoffs are 285/70r17, plentiful and “cheap” (at least compared to buying new).
I have no idea what your plans or priorities are, and thought this could help ??‍♂
