What modifications are needed to install DV8's front bumper?

Hi,

I'm looking to change my front bumper. I was looking at DV8's website and it states "Some modification may be needed to install on a JEEP JL."

For folks who have installed a DV8 front bumper, what modifications did you have to make?

I suspect you may have to cut the bumper supports from the look of it. let me see if I have a picture of how mine looks.

If you look at the bottom piece of mine it's separated a bit on the bottom, that is from the supports. in the second one you can see how far it hangs down. I'm probably going to modify the bottom piece on mine so it goes lower.

Keep in mined I have a different dv8 bumper so this is just a guess.

For the FS-25, you "may" have to elongate one of the mounting plate holes. Each plate has 4 holes, so when they say it may need to be modified, this is what they mean for the FS-25.
