I’m looking at pulling the trigger on either the Motobilt Crusher Series Front Bumper w/Skid Plate & Stinger or the DV8 Stubby Front Bumper w/Skid Plate.

Anything I should knkw before I pull the trigger? Aesthetically, I like the DV8 better, but heard that they’re flimsy. I’m not looking to add a winch & really like the recessed led bar that it has on it. Any input would be great appreciated. The cost of each setup is roughly the same. I will get matching rear bumpers as well.

I have seen several people on here complain about the build quality and powder coat issues on DV8 bumpers. I personally have no experience with either company products, yet. But I've seen Motobilt products in person and it looks top notch.

You'll have to powder coat your MB so add another ~$200 to the cost unless you know a guy. I never installed a bumper before but was able to install all but two of the most crucial bolts. Maybe once I pull it apart again I'll figure it out.

On the other hand, it looks awesome and no regrets.
