It's because the sales people aren't true Jeep enthusiast's. One day I'd love to go to a dealership where the sales people knew more about a Wrangler than I do!

I knew what the large piece was, because I have the liber for my rear tray.
But I couldn't identify the 2nd' item, because I have never seen it.

Am I supposed to have the "kit [to] protects the top center module on the windshield"? It is not in my 2020 JLRU Rubicon. Part number?

Its the advanced/safety warning package. So “if” you fold down your windshield you slap that on to protect it.
If you don’t have this on your Jeep, Than you don’t need that part.

Only if you have Adaptive Cruise as part of the Advanced Safety package. That's the big box behind the rear view mirror that needs to be covered, and of course that's only when the windshield is folded down.
99% of Jeep owners will never use that cover.
