Thanks for all the replies. This is what I ended up with. DO NOT EVER REMOVE THIS PIECE. If you break it, you will not get it back on. This was the hardest fix I’ve ever done. I used a wooden dowel for the spacers. If you drop anything down the ebrake slot, remove the 4 bolts that holds the console on and lift it up.
