What’s leaking?

I noticed this last week when I changed the oil. It looks like the transmission housing is discolored from a leak. It looks like oil is dripping where the oil pan meets the transmission. What can the source be?

Main seal most likely. Pull the rubber inspection plugs and uou can see if the main seal is wet and dripping

I Agree with Jad, my brand new at the time 2012 had similar, Dealer put three Main Seals in, all before 35,000 miles. Needless to say, I traded it on a 2016 new Willy’s back then… Pull those rubber plugs and see if you have some oil there, it’s probably the Rear main between engine and transmission weaping..Here’s pretty much what the seal looks like

I don't know. Look at the filter, it looks to wet. Airflow would have oil hitting what's behind it, then it would flow to the lowest point and form a drip. Is there oil on the ground?

Might try turning the filter another 1/4 to half turn, then clean everything up really well, and see if it happens again.

I just had to replace the oil filter housing in mine because it cracked and was leaking. Not sure if that could be the problem.
