Hey people, new to the forum but not so new to jeeps. I just moved on from my 2013 JKU Oscar Mike which I've traveled the entire lower 48 with and have moved on to a 2021 JLUR XR. I am sure most of you are aware the XR has a factory 2" lift which is not much of a stretch for me at 6'3" but what I have noticed living in the PNWet is that when I exit the vehicle after or during periods of rain, the back of my pants rub the door sill which seems to be more than a little wet. Really sucks when I have nice threads on.
So, my question finally: what are people doing if anything to mitigate this problem? Not interested in a step rail solution.

Nope. Done with that bullshit.
I had the same issue. Didn't want tube rails.
I picked up a set of used Jeep performance rock rails for ~$250 on FB.
They only stick out a couple of inches, which is enough to get your heel on.

This isn't my JLUR... just a pic I grabbed that looks similar.

I do a bit of a hop out if it's all wet.

Other than a step of some sort, the only solution might be to lower it. I'm shorter than you, but manage to exit without making a mess of my pants simply by exiting the same way I enter, using my right leg and bar mounted grab handle to assist.

I grab onto the grab handle and wheel and just fly in and out.
The step isn't for me. I use the sling grip I installed on the roll bar.
