Weird Charging Issue

I don’t think I ever had my battery at rest be over 12.7. I am under the impression that the IBS needs to be disconnected for 24 hours to reset. I am currently chasing a parasitic draw , and am just getting all the intricacies of the system

I can’t recall the date on this and can’t find my post but I posted quite awhile back after contacting the IBS maker that it only has to be disconnected from power for 10-15 mns to reset and takes 24hrs to relearn, I search for the info to see what I can find.
