Weird brake pedal sounds

Hello just have a question for my jeep wrangler jl 2022 model. Mileage is 20000. When vehicle on driving or neutral shift and I press brake pedal, I heard sounds from pedal. I suspect some kind of cylinder issue maybe I am not sure. I went to dealership. They only checked brake pad and brake pin… I am going to visit this week again. They just called me they need to check whole brake system check if they don’t find anything about warranty issue they will charge me. This is what they said so I just want to know some kind of mechanical idea before I head to dealership. Don’t want to pay extra bull shit from dealership.

Sounds like a rubber boot on the pedal shaft.

Had the same sound on my JK. Drove me crazy. It was the rubber boot on the shaft. Finally got enough WD40 in there to stop the noise.

Do you think rubber boot will cover with warranty? They told me they will inspect whole system hopefully they don’t charge me overpriced

It's a pain to get up under there unless you're two feet tall or a contortionist.
