So, let's say you have a friend and this friend is a dumdum and drove for like an hour in a downpour with his doors off. If this hypothetical friend figured out that the under matting of the floors was soaked due to constant tire spray getting in between the front and rear flooring (2 door full kit), what would Armorlite recommend to him to do to get all the water out? This friend is also lazy and hoping the answer isn't "Pull the flooring and let it dry".
I would pull it and let it dry out and rethink putting it back in.
Shortly after I installed Armolite in my JT, my JL developed a water leak, leading me to question whether it was worth all the work given the potential for future leak related removals.

If, uh, my friend pulls it it'll go right back in once dry. System works well, and he hates carpet in a Jeep.

From Armorlite's FAQ:

- Will any water that drains from the pillar or door frame get under the Armorlite flooring?
Leaky Jeeps are common. In some cases, water can find its way between Armorlite and the sheet metal floor. That’s why Armorlite is made of a 100% polyester underlayment. It prevents mold and mildew and in most cases, water will evaporate. If the floor becomes saturated underneath under rare, extreme conditions such as being completely submerged in water, then remove, air dry and reinstall.

- Can water get under the flooring and rust the body of my vehicle?
Armorlite does not provide an absolute water tight fit in the vehicle. Vehicle submersion, water from roof leaks wicking down the sheet metal, and spray entering from aggressive angles can lead to water seeping under the Armorlite flooring products. Drying times vary depending on climate and levels of saturation. Scratches and abrasions in the paint (i.e. exposed sheet metal) on the floors must be addressed prior to installing Armorlite as unpainted sheet metal exposed to moisture can lead to surface rust.

- Should I take my Armorlite flooring out to dry if I full submerge my vehicle?
To ensure your vehicle fully dry’s when submerged in water, simply remove, air dry and reinstall.

Update this thread later this summer and maybe next year and let us know how it goes…I think you’ll be fine.

There is an advantage to having your friend be yourself. Also disadvantages... Fortunately in this day and age there are chemical solutions (no pun intended, and yet...)

Not my first rodeo with a soaked Jeep (done it many a time over the years), just my first time with it happening with something like Armorlite. Willing to bet it'll be fine as well, just was too dumb to go read the FAQs that @DonH63 went and read.

Gurl, you know we're gonna need a dramatic retelling of events here
So, this particular trail is called Lingham Hydroline. It's in Ontario, and is, for all intents and purposes a 2 rated trail. Mostly a gravel road. Except for one water crossing that can get very deep. Under the water is a washed-out portion of the trail. If you go to far left/right, you slide off the trail and into really deep water.

I've crossed this water crossing 5 times prior to this and rescued 3.5 other vehicles out of it. SO when a WJ went in and off the side ahead of me, I didn't think much about it. Another club member climbed onto my bumper and hood, we attached my kinetic rope to the bumper.

We got the WJ hooked up and after 5-6 tugs, got him back up onto the trail. Unfortunately he had swamped his motor. Getting ready to pull him back the rest of the way, I misjudged where my front tire was and slid off the other side of the trail. Attempts to get myself up and out were just spinning my tires and the back slid off.

Shortly there after, passenger tub filled up and BCM shorted.

If I was to do this rescue all over again, I’d use my winch. If I then slid off somehow, I’d have used the WJ to anchor me and winch myself back up.

I hate water crossings for exactly this reason. I’ll do ā€˜em, but there’s no joy.

Update: BCM replaced, no power from ignition. No Accessory, run, or ignition. Off to the dealership to diagnose.
