I’ve been fighting with Jeepcares and several dealerships since the beginning of July trying to get this issue resolved.

Water is getting trapped somewhere on the front drivers side. As soon as the Jeep is leveled out, water literally pours out from the pinch seam. Two different Jeep “leak specialist” either couldn’t figure it out or lied and said “it normal”. Had a independent mechanic check the seal underneath the windshield, and clear the drains out. Still not fixed. Jeepcares has been absolutely worthless In getting this resolved.

I’m at a complete loss what could be going on.

Did this just start? your Jeep is a 21?
When does it happen, after it rains hard? Or after going through a car wash?
Any other mods done to the Jeep? Is it just the one side?
It might be time to try a controlled amount of water with food coloring in it to locate the culprit

Both actually. I’ve had it sit for a day or two after a heavy rain and it will still pour out even after everything has dried out.

Only thing I’ve added are those side rails and swapped out the rear bumper. Everything else is stock.

The other side is fine? I would go ahead and check inside the fender liner to start. If you can blow the entire area out with a air hose or even a leaf blower you may find that there is a blockage.
Look at the panel in front of the windshield wipers with a flashlight to see if there is a build up in there. I would seriously spend some time trying to clean out and blow out every possible passage
Also consider working your way up from the bottom with some heavy gauge wire or electrical fish tape wrapped in painters tape

You need to dry it out and then use a diagnostic smoke machine. It will find exactly where all of the open areas are.

Well, if I could find a Jeep Dealership in my area that wouldn’t lie or take a lackadaisical effort at repair it would help. Most recently called a Jeep dealership an hour away that told me “based on the service history we can’t agree to look at it”. I’m absolutely shocked that a FCA franchise can refuse work under FCA warranty.

Just done with Jeep and FCA. I just filed a complaint with my state AG consumers affairs division and BBB. I’m done running in circles with this, it’s been over 6 months with zero effort from Jeep Cares or FCA in resolving this.

Ship it to NC. I'll fix it for you.
