Water in drivers side front floor board

I have had the same problem. What i found was the plug that i removed to run wires through the firewall was not seated properly and was leaking. Check that.

I have had the same problem. What i found was the plug that i removed to run wires through the firewall was not seated properly and was leaking. Check that.
Thanks for the suggestion, but no added wires yet.

I was driving around topless the other day and noticed the exact same problem. Got home and it was so bad I had to wet vac out the floorboards. The inside of my windshield did have a fair amount of water so I think I traced it to that. Normally on a vehicle with 3k miles I’d be pissed, but man was the sky beautiful when wheelin that day!
So have you been able to chase down where the water was coming from?

The water camr through your windshield? How? Thanks having same issue
No Sir, i have motorized running boards and when the dealer had them installed they did not seal where the wires came through the firewall. So when it rained it just poured into my floorboard. They got it sealed up when i took it in.
