My wife’s 2025 Willys has been getting wet under the driver’s side floor mat since new, never any water on top of the floor mat but every time it rains the carpet is soaked under the mat. The dealer has replaced both L/F door & windshield weatherstrips and blown out the drain tubes. Last time they couldn’t find a leak but after last night’s rain it’s soaked again ??? Any idea's or anybody have this issue ? Any Help is appreciated. Thanks,

As I often tell my wife in a multiple Wrangler/Gladiator world, “ your are the most Important piece”.

“Call out when you see light or a leak while I’m spraying”.

I had 3 wranglers and all 3 had the same problem. The problem is not the drain tubes or the rubber seals, the problem is that there's no seal on the body that seals with the door seals "front", until I came across this product and PROBLEM SOLVED!!! now I have a dry compartment and couldn't be any happier. Bring on the storms!!! I'll stay dry!!! My latest wrangler is a Rubicon X in a 41 color. And dry. !!!!

I have an ultrasonic leak detector that I use to find leaks. These things are incredible for locating wind noise, air leaks, water leaks, running fluids, engine noises, bad bearings, corona from a bad electrical connection, place the emitter in the attic and locate a leak in the roof of the house.

When I am looking for a water leak, I use my air compressor and reduce the PSI to around 3 pounds. I have someone moving the air nozzle around outside while I use the leak detector on the inside.

Here's a video of the detector in action.

This one? It's $1,400. https://www.applied.com/c-brands/c-...man-II-Ultrasonic-Diagnostic-Tool/p/116535200

That is the one, but that vendor is asking about $400-$600 more than most. I recently pickup up a brand new unit in an unopened box for $400. Now I have two units and will likely be getting rid of the older unit soon. (the only difference between the old and new device is the new one has a laser pointer)

Zoro has them for $885
That's a shitload for a DIYer. And it wouldn't have diagnosed the water leak I had (water was following along a bungee I'd put in to pull the door strap away from my leg).

It probably wouldn't have found the water following a bungee cord, but it probably would have found the spot where the water was getting in if a person used compressed air. If you are ever in the Black Hills, let me know and you can stop by and check it out.
