A 10’ 2x6 is perfect for this setup. Now I need the Arc hangers (and my Jeep!)

I just got my Arc door hangars this week and plan to install with the 2x6 runner. Quick question: has anyone hung their doors with the paint facing the wall? I feel this would help protect the paint from scratches. I also bought some big rubber bumpers to add some padding on the wall. This way, if someone were to accidentally smuck into my doors, the would only scuff the interior, which would bother me less.

Would be tough to hang outside in. The mirrors protrude too far even folded

I’ve got those. Ensure you find studs when mounting, otherwise they work really well.

Got my Arc door holders installed with the 2x6 runner (sorry, the view is partially blocked by my roof hung with the Lange hoist kit. This whole set up makes it very easy to get naked! Now if I could just get my wife to give me my Jeep back.

I just mounted my Arc off road door hangers. I put them up high enough to still have use of the lower level (both kids have baseball/softball backpacks among other things). I added the 2x6 to allow more freedom in placing the hangers. Worked out great! Too bad I don't have enough wall space for the rear doors.....

LOL! We shop at the same hardware store apparently. I used those same screws exactly and also did 2 per stud.
