Thanks all for the input, that's a lot to take in and I'm starting to look through this now. For local, I saw this deal in a color that I was interested in. I am going to offer $50k all-in, thoughts? I texted this evening, a salesman called me right away, and scoffed at the offer but I told him we would talk again tomorrow and I think I can get him there.
Buy this one and be done regardless if they take anything additional off. Assuming it has the options you want. Follow the rules for getting the $1k jeep cash and be done assuming they don't bait and switch.

When I was looking I worked with the forum dealers and the deals were very straight forward, but I found a dealer about 8 hours away with a new 24 after the 25s came out that had an internet price on a loaded rubicon similar to the above. They honored the$1k jeep cash and we finalized everything on the phone. Transaction was easy peasy other than driving there in a rental and back in my rubicon.

Be happy with your deal knowing it is already good. I was giving something away free on Facebook marketplace and joked with friends I couldn't get anyone to haggle with free, but sure enough one of the first people offered to haul it away for $75. I just shook my head and shrugged.

Retired from Corrections....I have stories.
When I first started looking I was focused on finding a good price close by. I eventually realized that distance wasn't that critical since flights are relatively cheap and a good road trip can be nearly priceless.

And, of course, you can use my spreadsheet as leverage when negotiating with your local dealership.
The spreadsheet is a great leveraging tool.

Here is the Window Sticker for that one you linked. It’s well equipped. $50k with a lifetime powertrain warranty is not a bad price for that car.

Unless there is something major missing from the options list you can’t live without I’d see what the others offer. Is that power train warranty a Jeep warranty or only at their dealership?

I also notice the affiliate discount of 1% off dealer invoice. Looks like I will have to wait 30 days after signing up with Tread Lightly.

Below is a list of the bonuses off the MSRP on the particular jeep I linked to. Is the Jeep Cash already in this guised as something else? These discounts expire in less than 30 days, looks like the affiliate discount is out.

I offered them $40k on the 2023 if they threw in an extended warranty, no-go on that. I am in no hurry. I checked Ratbert's list and I'm trying to wrap my noob brain around it. The brokers had nothing to offer when I put in my zip and no dealers in my state at all on the list. Not sure where I can go from there on the list. Do you think the rubicons for $49-50k will go down in the next month or two?
I'd be looking for new anyway if its your daily you want warranty..

Nate: Test drive similar trim levels of both the Bronco and Jeep. Buy the one YOU like. I thought I wanted a Bronco, until I test drove one, then had second thoughts. I ended up going back to Jeep. I now have a new 2026 and I love it. But what I like means nothing as you might have completely different tastes or needs. As far as dealerships go in the Pacific Northwest, I strongly suggest you take a close look at Dave Smith Motors in Kellogg Idaho. Fair & honest low pressure dealership that's been around a long time. I also respectfully suggest you go with a gas powered V6 engine, but there I go again sticking my nose in someone else's business. Happy shopping.

I get it.. you are to put it politely a frugal engineer that analyzes everything. Well so am I and I'm telling you buy the one linked if it meets your needs. I still have a spreadsheet with tabs comparing everything.

I got the affiliate discount and that works absolutely wonderfully on purchases where you are ordering a new vehicle. If you want a special color or rare option combos it's great. But it sounds like you are like me and happy with a few colors and I didn't care I was buying the previous model year as long as it had options I wanted.

When it comes to vehicles in inventory all the discounts are not stackable if the dealer is already discounting above and beyond what you posted above On last years Inventory.

The dealer 8 hours away said sure I'll give you the affiliate discount off the full price and here are your other current stellantis discounts and we can start this whole negotiation over or you can just take the internet price.

I knew it was a good price and I got the$1k jeep cash to cover their misc little fees. I'm just saying at some point you know it's a good deal so stop trying to negotiate and move forward

Just for info, the loyalty discount, national discount and military discounts are all stackable. This is as of one week ago when I bought my Jeep.

Thanks for the advice all. I'm going jeep with the v6. Can someone enlighten me on how to get the $1000 Jeep Cash and if it even still applies? I did some searching and got conflicting info.

Depends… I generally buy used. I recently picked up a 22 Rubicon with 23,000 miles for $36k w/ an extended warranty. Now had I known at the time there was a lifetime warranty on a new one at $50k I would have definitely considered one.

From my memory I did what was posted in #10 in this thread. You may want to start a clean thread in this subforum to ask if Jeep still does the $1k in Jeep cash since I purchased my 2024 eight or nine months ago.
edit: Ratbert replied below that it's still available and i'd place him in the all knowing catagory.

What I’d do very quickly to help satisfy the spreadsheet guru in you is to simply reach out to Grainger and get them to give you a quote for a new Rubicon exactly as you want it (color and options). Tell them you have the affiliate, etc. They were very transparent in their pricing and how they handled the current Jeep discounts. Great folks. Then you will know your low price point for your exact new wrangler. Then you can pull the sticker from the linked one you mentioned above and use the same formulas as my guess is that wrangler isn’t exactly how you would build it. For me that difference was about $4k lower for the 2024 I bought. My 2024 had a few extra options (about $500) I wouldn’t have ordered, but was happy to get like a black front grill and a few others. You can then say if ordering a 1 year newer model year exactly how you want it is worth that difference.

For me mentally getting below $50k was worth it and my wife wouldn’t let me order a Joose which was my preferred color from 2025. Now if Jeep would have had Snazzberry available we would have ordered new and it would be her Wrangler. :)

If it's the same discount as it was in the past, simply clear the cookies for jeep.com, allow popups for it, and go to their builder.

I have purchased three vehicles from Granger Ford/Jeep in Iowa and I live in Los Angeles, California. 100% worth the flight down there and the drive back.
I have bought 2 from them and drove back to denver. Worth the flight
