I only use these two free apps. I let all the other paid subscriptions expire since I had no interest. This screen shot is from the Apple app store

Has anybody figured out this option on the mopar.com website after logging in?

No matter how accurately I put my information in, it always tells me "Sorry - we couldn't verify vehicle ownership". I don't think there's much benefit to verifying anyway, but I just can't help myself and want to be verified lol
Tried this yesterday. When you get the "can't verify ownership" message, there is a link at the bottom of that message to contact them. After a couple of screens, you can get on a chat with a real person. They then send you an email with the info they need. They asked for a copy of my drivers license and a copy of the bill of sale or registration. It's still less than 24 hours, but mine hasn't been updated yet.

You may have to contact Mopar, especially if it was a used sale. Bought my JL brand new and didn't have any trouble but we bought my wife a certified pre-owned Grand Cherokee earlier this year and even though the dealership reported the sale (we got other stuff from Jeep like the SXM trial) it would never authenticate on Mopar.com

I contacted their support, they asked for a copy of my driver license and a copy of the bill of sale and activated it. Wasn't that much trouble and I appreciate that they did want some documentation instead of just doing it willy nilly
I bought my 24 JLW used. Same exact experience I had. It's a bit simpler with the Ford pass app (which also let's you remote start etc without subscription).
I did a 1 month subscription for kicks. Remote start does seem to work well but I don't really need it.
