Vacuum Pump Leak?

I found the wetness on the hose during my pre-trip inspection. The fluid appears to be clear, did not smell like engine oil. Any idea where it's from? No check engine light or vacuum leak as I can tell. Indeed has very poor MPG, about 13 mpg of 5000 miles cycle..Appreciated..

I didn’t know that we have a vacuum pump. trace that hose and see where it goes. If it goes to the brake booster then it could be a small master cylinder leak? What about a coolant hose above it leaking?
