Replaced vacuum pump, but warning light still on and code still there.
Anyone find other issues with system to fix this issue. Don't think pump was actually the problem, as never experienced any brake loss/noise with old pump.
Thanks all

Pull the code and verify you're still getting pump performance DTC. The fuse generally blows when the pumps fail. The one-way check valves could not be functioning properly either. You may also have a vacuum leak. The pressure sensor is on the brake booster and sensor functionality can be verified with a scan tool.

If the light/code stayed after the pump, it probably wasn’t the pump.
Common culprits are the vacuum sensor, wiring/connector at the pump, or a small leak in the line. Also worth clearing the code and seeing if it comes right back sometimes it won’t reset on its own.
Code comes back after 20 miles
