USB Update file for Radio [ Request]

Hi,
Who can help me with radio update file for this 2019 jeep wrangler, i went to the website, to search with vin and it says there is no update for the radio. apparently i am having the dreaded failed to update message on the screen as you can see in the image here, i need someone who can help me with the usb firmware to download in other to initiate the usb process of updating ... look forward to read from anyone who has gone through this problem before. i had a battery drain issue and this thing happened...

Procedure to perform this soft reset please .

Push both volume and tune buttons at same time, hold for a bit. This is the procedure in got off the ram truck forum when my 8.4 in my ram wasnt playing nice. Its worth a shot, worked for me that time.
