Hey everyone, I have a 2018 Sahara jl. With 34 inch 20x9 tires. I’m looking to upgrade my brake system. I saw the z36 which I was considering. Any other recommended brands?

I did the full PowerStop pad/rotor upgrade and there is a noticeable difference stopping my 37” beadlocks. Better initial bite and less brake dust. Worth it in my opinion. Just make sure to bed them in properly, really helps transfer brake pad material onto the rotors fast.

I was wondering how their stuff was for the Jeep. I've used them on other vehicles and have always had good results. Also, it's nice to see someone else bed brakes, many people don't know about it and how importnant it is to get the most out of a set a brakes.

Thanks for the input. Is there any noise when you brake?

I found the power stop pads, but not finding any rotors that they claim will fit the Sport S: what rotors are you using?

Nope, totally silent. I was a little worried, so very happy with them. I’ve got a set of EBC yellows on the wife’s Cayenne and those squeak when cold, which is all the time since the Cayenne has airflow diverted directly into the front rotors.

I’ve got a Rubi, so using their rotors. They may not make them for the sport. You’ll have to contact them.

Click on this link and select the brake parts for "Unlimited Moab & Unlimited Sport S" and those will be the smaller brake setup. The Z23 is better, and the Z36 is best.
Just changing the pads should result in decent brake improvements

If you want a full pad & rotor set

And if you want to price a full big brake conversion click on this link and look for the "Unlimited Rubicon & Unlimited Sahara parts.
