Hi guys!

I’m trying to find an under seat subwoofer/amp for Stacy. I ride with the back windows out year round and I take on water since I live in Florida. I haven’t been about to find anything that will fit under the seat and won’t be destroyed within 6 months. Any suggestions (other than put my windows in)?

I installed the Kicker 46HS10 Hideaway compact powered sub under the drivers seat. Good punch of base. Fits completely under the seat, no restrictions. Only issue is if you carry a passenger that wants to stretch his or her legs to under the drivers seat, they cant...they have to keep them in the space provided in the well....

I'm often occupied, by many things, often at the same time
Who is Stacy, and how does he fit in here?

Sub/amp combo under the seat is the way, like the Kicker, JBL, Infinity, etc. I have my 8inch Infinity mounted to a JL Audio amp mount specifically made for under the JL seat. Hides it away nicely.

Sorry for reviving an old thread, but is anyone willing to snap a pic or 2 of the HS10 install? Looking to install an one under one of the front seats, but it looks to be a little tight in my '24, with the air duct.

Does the hideaway come with enough cable to install in the trunk where the alpine sub would otherwise be

I put the Kicker 46HS10 under my front seat in my JLUR three years ago. Zero issues so far.

I've made a sealed box for the tailgate, kinda inspired by the stinger tailgate box (there's no way I'm paying 800+$ for a speaker box). I already had an old 12" shallow mount Kicker. And under the passenger seat I have a big powerfull 5 channel amp with a audio control lc6i converter to keep the stock radio.
I also swapped the kickpanel speaker for 6.5" speaker and 6x9 in the sound bar. I also sound proofed the soundbar and the kickpanel speaker box. I have good deep punchy bass and clear mids and high. All this was kinda budget friendly. In the future I might ditch the 12" sub and swap the kickpanel 6.5" speaker for two 6.5" subwoofer.

If you are interested, here's my measure I've come up for the tailgate box:

Exterior size is 29x16x6
With 3/4" mdf, theses are the pieces I needed:
2x 29x16
2x 29x4.5
2x 14.5x4.5
I don't have pictures tho. But it turned out pretty great and I don't really loses space.
