Unconnected issue, maybe?

So I have 2025 Willy’s for door 2.0
normally I drive with connect screen off so it only showed time and date.
I don’t like distracting screen info. So I turn it off most times when I drive.
two days ago went to work , turned screen off and it went blank? All black.
no settings had changed.
drove home same deal, turned screen off screen off it goes blank.
could still turn on screen with button on dash but not touch screen to turn on

all functions work like heating, a/c ,music,ect. Once screen on.
today start car everything normal.

did jeep do some kind of update or just a glitch
jeep has 4,ooo miles on it getting ready for first oil change if it matters and I will mention it to dealer so documented.

Try a factory reset or call Uconnect. They have been helpful when I have had issues.

so far everything acting normal again.

I did go to software upgrades in settings and it wanted to connect to home internet.
( was parked in my driveway.) and it searched for updates witch I allowed.
wondering if that corrected problem.
still working normal as of today.
will update post if any more problems arise.
