Uconnect trip tracking

So as we all know the Jeep app tracks your drives (not just recorded trails). Just a week or 2 ago I was looking at some of my driving LOL. Today I took a 200 mile trip and just wanted to see what it recorded….

unfortunately I can’t get the info anymore. I see all the health stuff and location but no Trip button anymore and location button only leads to a dialog box where I can do lights and horn.

It is possible I just don’t remember because I only did it a few times before and have had the Jeep only 2 months.

help a brother out. Is there a thing where it won’t update under certain conditions or is it a thing where the app glitches and I need to reinstall it?

Yeah. I see the problem. Where yours says all trips mine says location.

I have never seen the “All Trips” feature, though I have not used this much. I take it that this is driven by Sirius Guardian? Is your system set to any of these options:

So I have a 2025 Rubicon X and have the same issue. I was able to view all trips originally but it is no longer available. I was having problems with off road pages on Uconnect and contacted support. After a few weeks I received a communication that they had “remotely “ solved the problem and in fact it was solved but only off road tracking remains. If you are on automatic updates that is probably what happened. There seems to be a glitch with Apple car play and I suspect it has to do with a gps conflict with the installed unit. It I use Apple car play wireless no problem but if I wire it and set a destination then it crashes the off road pages ability to find a location

must be an apple carplay thing because now that I think about it the last time it worked was before I paired my iphone to the Jeep.

well yesterday I get the "Uconnect box needs service see dealer" and the SOS and Assst buttons are lit up red..I was about 70 miles from home so did not mess with it but when I got home I did the reset ie on/off knob and tune knob pushed in at same time for 10-15 seconds and when I turned my radio back on the warning was gone. it logged little sections of my trip coming back but did not log them going even tho the warning did not come on the initial 70 miles.
