It’s been mentioned before but just in case you missed it. There is a glitch if you switch to reverse very quickly after starting the vehicle. It throws the uconnect into a bitch fit. The soft reset does not fix it. It fixes itself after it’s turned off for 20-30 minutes.

Very quickly was I jumped in, hit the button, and put it in reverse. I didn't wait for the screens to start up. I needed to move it quickly because I was blocking a semi in my parking lot. The bitch fit consisted of: no reverse camera when in reverse or when hitting the app button, super laggy screen response time, like it was stuck in a loop, then it would not change apps at all. I shut it down for 30 minutes and poof, like it never happened. I guess it was a partial bitch fit.... I was exaggerating a little for affect.

I get you now, it was hard to tell from the picture but I see you're in reverse now with no backup cam. Well that's good to know and hopefully doesn't keep happening. Are you able to replicate the issue or was it a one off?

I haven’t tried to duplicate it. I’m choosing to act like it never happened. I’m trying to not let things like this bother me. lol

Holy crap so like the exact opposite happened to me yesterday. I back out of a parking spot, my rear camera came on then when I switched to drive the screen stayed on the rear view camera as I was driving forward, for a good minute or so...it was dizzying. I had to stop put it in park and back to drive to get it to correct itself.

Yeah I actually commented on this exact same issue on a different post. I also was not able to fix it without turning to car off and leaving for at least 15-30 minutes. Bit of a bummer.

Mine has done this probably 3 or 4 times. The crappy thing about it is the radio will not go off once this happens. If your turn the vehicle off you will notice that the display goes black but the back-light stays on. I have never let it set for 30 mins to see if it fixes itself I have just been pulling the radio fuse because disconnecting the primary battery does not remove power you have to remove the main and get under it for the aux battery.

We understand how frustrating this is and as mentioned to other members on the thread, send us a direct message if we can be of assistance. Very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
