So I've read up on some other threads, but haven't found my exact issue. We all know the USBC on the iPhone is causing some issues with uconnect, but since I had my oil changed recently, I am getting "device not supported" when plugging my phone in. Prior to my oil change, I could connect to carplay via USBC-USBC cable, but after getting my oil changed I keep getting device not supported. I am confused why it was working for a couple months and now suddenly quit. Is it something to do with them plugging into the jeep when I brought it in? I have tried numerous different cords and adaptors, to no avail. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

I have a 2023 Rubicon if anyone is wondering.

Make sure you are running the latest iOS on your iPhone 15. I have a 15 Pro Max, and the 17.2 iOS finally resolved the random connect/disconnect issues I had in my 21 JLUR w/8.4", when I upgraded from an iPhone 12 in the Fall.

Try deleting the Jeep from your phone under CarPlay (In the iPhone Settings)......If your phone is also paired via bluetooth, I would delete the phone from UConnect for the heck of it. Then try and re-pair it for CarPlay just to see if that helps.

Just some thoughts to consider.

how are you connecting? Through the console or USBC in the dash?
