Turn signal question

Hello
Trying to help my buddy out here. He purchased a 21 JL sport diesel.
the previous owner has installed short metal fenders with small led amber turn signals
The headlight has standard halogen fyi

the issue here is. When the headlights are off the turn signals blink. When the headlights are on they stay lit with Amber only. Turn signal does not function. Any ideas ?

They are wired incorrectly.

This should be the wire colors for the front park/turn signals:

Left front:
Turn- white/green
Park- white/brown
DRL- white/yellow

Front right:
Turn- white/tan
Park- white/orange
DRL- white/dark blue

Hey guys so I’m new to wiring for this. I see how you all labeled the turn park and DRL. My question is how do you wire the 3 wire turn signal that has
Black- common
Red- DRL
Yellow- blinker

right now the way it’s wired the blinker works and the DRL works. But soon as the headlights turn on the light stops acting as a DRL and turn off. But the blinker part still works
