Tuffy security deck (JLU) with soft top issues. Any solutions?

If you own a Tuffy Security enclosure/deck and have a soft top you probably already know... But when you have the security deck installed and drop the soft top all the way back the deck prevents the top from locking in the down position.

This creates a situation where at speeds much over 50 that there is a significant risk of your top becoming a parachute and quiet possibly creates a high speed rapid de-installation deployment of your top at highway speeds.

Anyone found a solution/work around besides a bungee cord and crossing your fingers?

Do you have any tie down anchors on the side where the hardtop bolts are supposed to go? For example,

I use bungee chord to tie it down and it works remarkably well and not even a flutter.
