Trying to install mopar winch plate

But I’ve hit a snag early on. I seem to be missing the rivnuts required to mount the brackets to the frame? Probably because it originally came with plastic bumper? Anyway, I need to find a replacement so I can get this thing together. Any help appreciated.

This step. Bumper swap was done 8 months ago. I do have the brackets though.

Yeah, if you have the Mopar Steel Skid plate, it comes with those to install it.

Awesome thank you for the replies.
I do have the steel skid plate, not yet installed, but no mounting hardware came with it. Found it on local marketplace
