Jeep bought my ‘19 JLR back due to steering. I had to fight them on it via arbitration. It was incredibly stressful.

Check your state laws on the requirements regarding time (usually within warranty period), days out of service, and repair attempts.

My advice is to save all your notes, emails, voicemails, etc.

also have you reached out to the forum @JeepCares team? I hope jeep has you in a rental with this. If they do then drive it like you own it. Take it wheeling etc. They should cover 100% of the rental until your jeep is fixed. the longer that bill adds up the more jeep will push to get you a new transmission. hell maybe they should just swap the damn transmission with a new one from the factory instead of a rebuild. one and done in just a couple hours.
